This week I finally made the decision to put my mini-documentary film The Return: Davey Richards and Angelina Love into some festivals.
I met Wesley Richards and Angelina Love at Revolution Physical Therapy in Pittsburgh, PA as he was rehabbing his return from a torn ACL. In his working with Dr. Lyneil Mitchell, Davey (real name Wesley) and his wife Lauren Richards aka Angelina Love, traveled from their home in Missouri to Pennsylvania. I chronicled their visits here:
So, while I just finished a few projects (this site needs updating so prepare for more), I decided it’s time to start making some noise, and seeing where my work fits. Is it good enough for the festival circuit? Am I just a YouTuber? I made the decision to take the next step in my filmmaking career, and submit it to a few festivals. Currently, Davey Richards and Angelina Love: The Return has been submitted to two festivals. In the coming months, I plan to continue pushing this mini-doc until my next project.
